You will provide us with product related literature and multimedia including pdfs, videos, images and descriptive text. We then create your exhibitor profile and give you access to the exhibitor control panel. You can then create your booth by selecting suitable booth template and adding brand assets.

  • Step 3 Testing and Trial event
  • Two weeks before the event, we will conduct event trials and platform testing to ensure seamless experience on the event day. Exhibitors can get familiar with the live show environment and train their teams accordingly.

  • Step 4 Go live on event date.
  • Interact with live customers through chat tools. You can update brand collaterals real time on the event days depending on the popularity of the content.

How do I generate sales leads from a virtual booth?

The virtual booth captures vital information of each visitor and the contact info is shared with you. You can also track every single click by attendees on the event collateral and profile them in smart lead metrics. Attendees can purchase products from an in-built e-commerce system. You can also direct buyers to your online store.

How can I design my virtual booth?

    There are two options for designing virtual booths

  • To make booth design selection easier we have provided a selection of 15 pre-designed 3D booths available in 3 different sizes (6M*3M,3M*3M and 3M*1.5M). Each booth design template has in-built interactive branding panels which could be customised as per your brand guidelines.

  • Bespoke Designer
  • Our in-house design team will create a designer booth as per exhibitor brand guidelines.

What is a branding panel?

The branding panels are part of your exhibition booth where your product information is displyed. The panels are interactive and clickable. Presented as a popup on your stand, it contains all of the information and downloads that you’ve added for a specific product or service. We recommend that you populate your panels with a wealth of multi-media materials include pdfs, videos, images and descriptive text – helping to maximise the quality of information your visitors receive and improving your SEO. The branding panel is key to generating sales leads from your stand.

How can I engage with booth visitors?

You can engage with visitors with live chat.You can also video conference with potential business buyers and give product presentations. Your sales team can directly interact with walk in customers. You can offer discounts and deals to booth visitors based on their interests. You can also run contests to drive more footfall at your booth and build awareness.

Can I conduct webinars?

Yes, you can conduct informative webinar to establish your expertise and increase public awareness about your products. You need to select appropriate exhibitor package to deliver a webinar.
